Men are just like that!

So, when you give a man ample opportunity to back away from the relationship / friendship and they don't until they find a girlfriend, how does that work? I met an awesome guy, who told me I was a bit too fat for him, and I can relate to that as I was and am in the process of sedding my winter blubber that I have collected for a number of years....., but I gave him many chances to get out of the friendship. No, he told me, you are funny, intelligent and I enjoy speaking to you. Low and behold he imports a girl from overseas, and does the real immature thing, he phones me in FRONT of her and leaves me a voicemail....telling me it's not fair on the new girl for him to have contact with other woman, so cheers. Look - I agree with the idea, but hey, halllllooooo, he had at least 5 opportunities to exit the friendship before she landed. But HE contacted me the Monday after she had landed and then that night proceeded to spin another story, just to look good. I give up ..... really ....
